Shipping & Delivery
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS on selected items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Prices are shown in US dollars.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- The Philippines Customs apply a value added tax (VAT) for imported goods at 12 percent. The Philippines’ customs levy no tariff or tax only for goods worth less than P10,000 (US$200). Local consumer tax and/or customs duty will apply on goods worth more than P10,000 (US$200) and the package’s recipient may need to pay these to clear customs.
- Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
- When “Fast International Shipping” method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, DHL, or UPS). Typical transit time will be 3-7 business days.
- Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries please contact us.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
